Our clients engage with us for a number of reasons – our knowledge our experience, our insighted, the value we add, and they all agree that they don’t need us there all of the time, so we need to empathetic, responsive and creative in the way we communicate.
They also expect us to be thought leaders and offer best practice HR so we need to be innovative and proactive in the way we offer our HR support. And we don’t offer anything to our clients that we don’t expect of ourselves and each other. Challenge accepted!
