As a motivated and driven HR professional, at Catalina Consultants, Katherine enjoys delivering tailored solutions to support client needs. In her diverse role, Katherine is responsible for managing a portfolio of professional services clients, supporting employee engagement programs, developing policies and processes that support operational goals and objectives, and delivering skills training sessions to managers and their staff.
