She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and has gained practical experience through both internship and consulting environments.

Having previously completed an internship with Catalina before joining the team full time, Bec brings a strong understanding of internal processes and client delivery. She is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organised, with a strong focus on ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
